A TOTALLY WIRELESS CAMPUS
Winston-Salem State University is giving a higher meaning to higher education by advancing its technology capabilities through the implementation of a totally wireless campus. A totally wireless, high-speed environment via remote access tools provides the students and employees computing accessibility while at school or away from the institution. This environment has been made possible through the implementation of a wireless network and the fall 2001 Citrix Remote Access Initiative which enables faculty and staff to teach, learn and work remotely by having access to major systems and tools.
