Is it possible to schedule to send emails with Hotmail?

Nah.

well. you cant have it automaticly send but you can save it as a draft and just send it when you want.

Through the default webmail interface you cannot easily schedule that I know of (unless they added something in the Windows Live Hotmail changeover that occured recently).

If you pay for access you can schedule with the mailclient of your choice, if you don't want to pay you can use http://webmail.mozdev.org/ in conjunction with thunderbird or a different webmail<->localhost proxy for your mailclient.
If you really want you could write a perl script to send mail through the Hotmail webinterface on a schedule, much of the api is already there so you just need to tweak it.

The easiest way would be to get pop3 access and then just get write a simple mailclient or find one that will schedule it.
