I just caught a fox news broadcast which said basically said the following:
The US government is looking to overall the CIA, and other government agencies, and make them work together with law enforcement. Also the FBI, was bared from spying on political / religious groups, without evidence of a crime being committed, and cant monitor suspected terrorists without a special warrant. However the administration is considering the creation of a domestic spy agency, and also getting the military involved in it - something which is currently illegal. The Homeland security department has its own intelligence office.
I guess you’d better start looking over your shoulder a lot more over there in the US of A!
