Well, it could just be that somebody 0wnz3d them and put that up . . . Though who would, I'm not sure. ^_^;;
If you look them up at http://www.easywhois.com, you'll notice that http://nettwerked.net/ apparently had some sort of an affiliation with the owner of hackCanada, because of the contact address listed there. Also of note is that both the addresses that are listed are located in the same town. (Edmonton, Alberta) So were both domains purchased by the same

Its looking like a setup then, but at any rate it’s a good way to put across a serious point.

The Clone runs those sites. he's the editor of K-1ine E-zine. When Outbreak Magazine first came out, The Clone hooked outbreak up with a link in one of their issues. And the readership number was raised a little bit hire for future issues of Outbreak.
I personally think its a set up. IN fact I'm going to email the Clone right now and ask him whats going on with it.

Here's the e-mail I just got from The Clone about the sites:
I trust you guys will keep it to yourselves. heh
Yup, it certainly is a political stance. : )
They'll be back up by next week. Try and keep that info to yourself,
though since we want as many people as possible to believe it.
Peace,
Clone

After legal negotiations with US Government lawyers, I have been given back full
control of Nettwerked. Hack Canada and End The USA are to follow if everything
works out. We consider this to be a great victory over government oppression,
however extradition to the United States may still happen if we lose in federal court. "
