Touch tone decoding revisited

There used to be a webpage that you could submit a WAVE file to and it's decode the touch tones for you. For people who don't want to install tt-dec it looked like a good alternative but I can't find it now. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

Damn...I'm still using the old "call a pager that will read back what you type in and play a recording of the DTMF into the phone" technique...
