Just saw a thread on another hacking board that had a different definition of "whacker" than the one dual and I were laughing at on RFA a few weeks ago.

I was reading a book yesterday that my girlfriend bought a while back. This book breaks down hackers into three groups, hackers, crackers, and whackers. Has anyone ever heard of the term whacker? The book says it a "wannabe hacker".
