They managed to worm in (thanks to my mistake in changing the robots.txt file too soon) and include the forums in its search engine. Your email addresses appear to be safe, as I predicted, but the individual threads now show up under google.

This may actually be a good thing, as it gets us more publicity and draws people in. But I want to get the right kind of people in. People who are interested in hacking. As it stands right now, do you know what the top 4 hits in my logs are searching for?

"Britney spears and madonna kiss" <_<

Thats how I noticed that google was on the case. :borg:

If there were a thread called "monkey ass rapes" then it too would get a lot of hits.

E-mail them or something and ask it be taken out.

For the sake of throwing in my 2 cents i'm willing to bet we'll get a bit more kiddie action than some would like. If they had to search for a while to find the forum it would show some interest in the subject, but if they follow some random link from google after looking for lesbian porn...

You'd get more attention sure, but is it the right kind of attention?

I was wondering what was up yesterday. I did a search on google for some thing like, techtv the broken (also added what ever the guys name was) and guess what the very first return. Yep, you guessed it, the good 'ole DDP. I thought that was a bit odd.

Stank - how were you keeping google out before? I'm interested in hearing more on the tech side as far as what the mistake was that let them log the forums. Since i don't have a site on the internet i'm a noob at this.

well...I am writing an article (looooong overdue) as we speak. The whole thing was going to walk you through finding some stuff on my site, but it has been there so long that people have already found it on their own anyway.

look at www.stankdawg.com/robots.txt for the jist of it.

Well if you like I can add a page with "monkey ass rape" in it and link to ddp from it to help googles rating for ddp go up.. just my way of helping out, just ask and it shall be done ;)

I stoped google from gang banging (oops.. :D ) my forum a long time ago.. the thing is, if you block it now once it has seen one version, it will never update the links and there for the pages will always be the same in there records.. once its there, its there forever.
