http://www.seattlewi...dex.cgi/PigTail - they give a very good description of the types of pigtails and give some good sources of buying one... I don't know what typ of connector the ornico has, but it sounds like it's either type mx or somethin. There site has a ton of info on wireless... hope it helps.

It should work fine... I don't know how much they're chargin you but I found this:
* Pacific Wireless 5.5 dB Magnetic MC for ORiNOCO

*** LABOR DAY WEEKEND SALE ***

This is a perfect answer for getting signal outside of your vehicle!

The 5.5dB model is black in color with an integral Magnetic Base. It is compact and lightweight. It comes with 5 feet of RG174 cable with MC connector. Currently Pacific Wireless stocks the MiniMag mobile antenna with MC Card Connector for Proxim ORiNOCO radios.

* Gain 5.5 dB before cable loss.
* 6 Inches Tall

Regular Price: $ 18.00
Your Price: $ 15.99

This has a 60 Inch cable with an MC connector, so you could just buy it and adapt a N Type connector by the antenna end. This way you get a pigtail and a working antenna... Seems like a pretty good deal.

I have never bought anything from these guys so you may want to call them just to make sure they're legit.
