I had to call Sony today to get some help on a 5 year old computer for a client. When I called their support number, I immediately got Max. They have this voice recognition software that works really well, supprisingly. Two really cool features are that if he doesn't understand you after the 2nd time, he immediately forwards you to a customer support rep. Also, when I called back, my number was on file, and he asked if the call was relating to "a Desktop Computer problem." Some very cool stuff. I'm sure you could find all the wholes and options if you call.
