Having a PHP-based bittorrent client kicks the shiz.

It isn't a PHP back-end, but Ktorrent also sports a web interface. That's what I use over here. The Wolfman uses TorrentFlux for my client. Having a PHP-based bittorrent client kicks the shiz. Want to download torrents to your PC while your at work or school? You can with Torrentflux.
I use TorrentFlux's PirateBay Search Plugin to search PirateBay through my Torerntflux.
btw, if anyone has Torrentflux setup or is going to install it, you should protect the torrentflux directory with an .htaccess file.

Bittorrent sucks, especially when you are using those public trackers. Slow as fuck. I prefer to pay a little for usenet and consistently max out my connection. 100 - 250 kB/s with torrents 1 MB/s with usenet. Enough said.
