National Ordering Service????

I called a number and got a direct operator, ti's the national ordering service, I think I heard for telcos' but I may be wrong? Anyone ever heard of this?

Ah alright, I'm doing some 77xx scanning from some pay phone at school during breaks ^_^

Now thats called a productive lunch break, in my school if your at the payphone for more than 3 mins then they think your doing something wrong, or should be in class, either way your screwed ;) :cry: :unsure: :huh: :o :P :D :lol:

The thing is, I'm afraid to do too much scanning, because people will wonder what I'm doing and what if the phone company notices that alot of calls are being made in the same phone block, they'll call up the school and they'll either know it was me or catch me :unsure: :unsure:

EDIT: I remember reading a sotry about a guy who was wardialing 1-800s' and recording the recordings and well he got almost kicked off his service.

I'd send them something that says "silly company, fax machines are for kids" but I don't have a fax.

well I'm not sure its a fax, but you could get a fax back number to call them.

I was just looking at funny numbers, for me it plays the beeping like 3-4 times... Anyone know what it is?

Was it? I don't know I just did a grep on the description and I came up with nothing, I'm only on 22 still so do correct...
