I posted about the new 226 area code in Ontario a couple months ago and I meant to follow up with a post about this number around May 15, but I got too busy.
The test lines are:
438-810-TEST(8378) - MTS Allstream
438-610-TEST(8378) - Bell Canada
438-510-TEST(8378) - Call-Net Enterprises (Hasn't worked for me yet)

The slightly more interesting thing about these test numbers is that they are in French and then English (because they are in Montreal, Quebec). I would have liked to have posted these numbers earlier when they didn't work from anywhere (like I did with the 226 NPA) because it's cool to see how long it takes different carriers to update their switches.

Also if anyone is interested I found out about these new NPAs from searching on the CRTC (Canadian Radio and Telecommunications Commission) website for telco info and I found a pdf that had a bunch of stuff about new NPAs (but I don't have it handy right now).
I got the actual numbers from PDFs on http://www.cnac.ca (Canadian Numbering Administrator) that were linked to from the CO Code Status page for these area codes.
Here are the links to the pages:
http://www.cnac.ca/data/ac226.htm
http://www.cnac.ca/data/ac438.htm
(The PDFs that are linked to are actually on nanpa.com)

That's all for now.

These aren't test messages, but here are a couple of bilingual intercepts from the northern Canadian territory of Nunavut:

Resolute
867-252-0000 - [Inuktitut announcement]..."If you would like to make a call please hangup and try again" (female voice)
Sanikiluaq
867-266-0000 - [Inuktitut announcement]..."Sorry but your call cannot be completed as dialed. Please hangup and try again." (Both announcements use the same male voice)

Both of these numbers are in exchanges served by Northwestel, which means that there is a milliwatt on 9998 for both exchanges (and possibly other test #s in the 999X range).
For some real fun, here are two TRILINGUAL intercepts from northern Quebec:

Apaluk
819-491-9994 - Trilingual (Inuktituk, French, English) "This line is equipped for outgoing calls only..." recording
819-491-9997 - Trilingual (Inuktituk, French, English) "Not in Service" recording

Hope you enjoy these.

Edit: Fixed number.

FYI, none of these work from NuFone yet.
