ok well i need some flash help. ok so now ive got all these pictures and i need to put them into a sequence. how exactly do i put these files in a sequence?

side note: we need a gfx section

select a frame, import a pic(ctrl-r), select the next frame, import another pic and so on
does that answer your question?

the only problem with that is thatr if the picture is bigger than the frame the pic gets chopped off

you can either scale down the pic or make the frame bigger. you can do that by double clicking where it says fps.

ok so i figured out how to everything i needed...only problewm im having now is figuring out how to get each picture to be centerd automaticly.

I always move each one myself to the position I want it. I don't know if there is an auto align function. BTW the tutorials are really good, they don't take much time and can get you up to speed quickly on tweening, etc...
