Technical support is available from Microsoft Product Support Services. There is no charge for support calls associated with security patches.
That could lead to some fun phone calls and some great social engieering possibilities with MS security people. The number itself, however, is a little more difficult to find.
All I came up with was (866)PCSAFETY which was listed as "Virus support". Their general phone number support page doesn't list a general "security" number, even though they claim it is free. Maybe a call to a general number will land a transfer to security...
