I know that a lot of you guys here are involved with video editing and production. Can anyone please point me to a good tutorial on video encoding, because I am going crazy with VirtualDUB and Premiere Pro, and Dr.DivXOSS. I have also spent many hours looking through the vast intraweb for a good tutorial, but I can not find one. Please, could anyone post a link to one, that not only tells you what to do, but describes whats going on underneath the click this and this and this......

I cant point you to any tutorials, but you might try using a program called SUPER.
