simple cd to the source directory of what you want to install and do
./configure
make
make install
the drivers might work, altho if it says they're for another distro they are optimized for that distro and might very well not work on yours. usually there are no pre-compiled binaries for mandrake so your best bet is source.
edit -> also if you wanna keep your options open, don't delete the sources after you install something (altho you very well could), if you ever feel like uninstalling anything you compiled and installed from sources cd into the source directory and do a "make uninstall" it should clear every file of that program

Can't set real-time scheduling priority.
You need to run artswrapper as root or
setuid root. This means that you will
likely not be able to produce acceptable
sound (i.e. without clicks and breaks).
