Thats strange, my browser wont resolve the DNS for those sites, but they work fine via a proxy.

I had clicked up the http://www.kleptic.tk/ one before but found it was offline (or so I though) so this time I tried it with a proxy, and it loads up. - Something strange going on there.

The .TK is a redirector, and it seems to be a pretty bad one.

yeah, its not a very good one. it seems to only work during the evening hours. at least for me its the evening.
