who wants to have a conference? i need a head count before i can do it. BTW, can you set up conferences other than calling in and setting them up?

well, after checking out the phreaks and geeks website, maybe the pla bridge isn't the best place to have a conf.. *shrug*

Well, the pla bridge aint the best place. I'll be in on it, but no Tuesdays for me. As well, if the number is a WATS number, then it has to be reachable by me, or no show for me.

I was reading the other thread on the PLA bridge, and I am positive that it is not owned by NASA. Just to satisfy my own curiosity, I'm going to check on what telco owns that exchange................

ok, it is Xspeedius Management Co. of Tulsa. They also have 8 other exchanges in Oklahoma, 512-518 & 806. Of course, the conf. is run by Mr. conference. You can find a link for them at talkee.com. They have similar confs all over the country. I highly doubt that there are feds on that line, although my phone as been acting weird lately, and I always call it direct. Anyway, there was also talk of op-diverting to that conference. Just exactly how does one op-divert with 10-10-288-0 to a number that isn't toll free? I like calling the 435 bridge anyway because you can transmit dtmf tones through it. You cant do that on the 918 and all the ones like it. If anyone wants to meet me on the 918)858.0012 x 752, I'll be on there tonight at around 9 pm est. That's 6 pm pacific, 7pm mountain and 8 pm cental. Hope to hear some of you there.

I'm out, i need to go to sleep earlier tonight atleast cause i've been up to late the last few nights.
oh and if someone can get a 800 confrence to get set up i'm in, i tried to see if it were possable with att, but the confrence operator said i needed my "confrence folder id".

well, I'll be on there at 9pm est., but I don't know howlong I can sit around waiting for people. I always check that conf a few times a day, but I never hear anyone on there. If no one is on at 9, I'll check back peroidically. Lie I said, I hope to hear some of you there.
