Nmap tcp_raw

sendto in send_tcp_raw (blah blah blah): Operation not permitted

Every multi-host nmap scan I run immediately returns that error, whether I'm regular ol' screamer or root. Is something set wrong, or could this be an ISP thing?

Help a brother out, you know screamy doesn't know anything about these computer gizmos :)

Perhaps you have a bad install? I suggest taking the error msg and googleing for it.

I always get that error when I have my iptables tables set wrong. If you have a local packet filter drop your rules and see if that fixes.

feend - Nope, no fucked up kernel here. Just a regular out of the box install.
