For some reason whenever I make a call with voipjet it displays anonymous as the cid when I call no matter what I set m cid as. Is this happening for anyone else?

Only to my Nextel phone, for some reason. Everywhere else it works fine.
I've checked the CDR to make sure that they received it properly too, which they have.
It started happening maybe 2 days ago?

I dunno when it started, I just noticed it today. Weird, it seems to pass when I call and ANAC, maybe it can't pass to cellular providers anymore. I tried the cingular voicemail trick on my mailbox and it didn't work on there either so they either fixed it or its not passing to them.

VOIPJET *ALWAYS* DOES THIS, the CPN *IS* SPOOFED, WITH A PRIVATE TAG HOWEVER, but alas, there *IS* a use for this, you can spoof people's cellphone numbers to their cellphones and all they see is 'private' which they will most likely not answer, little do they know when they drop you to voicemail you're in their mailbox muhahahaha (worx on cingular, t-mobile, and a few others)

but in the past its showed the cid on my phone so they can't always have done this.

It also still shows up to my landline, and other peoples' cellphones, and other places too. I don't think the private flag is set... At least, it isn't set to everywhere.
I'm using the two west coast servers though, maybe the behavior is different on others?

I don't get the 'private' tag coming up when spoofing to my own cell phone.

The west coast server is down now, though. :/
