Richard M. Smith (dossier here) is coming to speak to my Managing Information Privacy class next wednesday.

I'm going to ask his opinions on TCPA/Palladium, etc. since I think it would be interesting to hear what he has to say about that (he was the guy who started a lot of flap about P3's processor ID's a couple years ago).

if anyone else has something you'd like me to try and bring up or if you'd like me to write a little article about what he talked about lemme know...

I dont think I've ever been this excited to goto a class before...

An article about his presentation would be perfect for oldskoolphreak - it would be a unique addition.
