okie dokie, im in ftp connect to all-out-war.com and i type in the username and it says you need a pword. so i try to type but nothing happens. so i hit enter, and it says pword innvalid. how do i get around the locked admin?

are you the admin of the site ?? or are you just trying to gain root of the ftp server witch doesent belong to you ?
You could always read some good txt's that are available on the net.
Or if you want to do it the quick way just download a brute forcers.
If you want to crack windows pwl files , get cain v2
If you want to crack LM and NTLM hashes, get l0phtcrack
If you want to crack HTTP auth, HTTP forums, FTP, POP3, telnet and netbios or samba shares, get brutus

uh im not sure what you want but make sure the user name is correct and uh try using an ftp client like flash fxp www.flashfxp.com

how do you get past them noticeing your ip trying over and over. I'm more of a fone guy then a computer guy but its good to know.

this is ot but ... why do ppl asking questions always say email me. like you post to a board and ask someone to email you. does this make sense?

yep...just give the answer if you can, and let them come back for it. sure that person may not ever come back and give thanks, but someone ELSE may have the same questiona nd now it is answered for them.
