okay so i decided to do some scanning andi was scanning 1800-912-86xx and every single number i dialed was busy. now im pretty new to the whole scanning thing thing but this seemed a bit odd to me any input on this would be appreciated

i was doing a scan of 800-123-00XX and all of those numbers had been disco. so i believe that it is possible

another question. i was scanning 315-555-99xx and i kept gettig a recoding that said city and listing. then when i didnt say anything it would say you didnt enter a city or listing then it would say please hold and then i hung up cause i didnt know what this was and didnt wanna get in any sort of trouble.. anybody know what these numbers are for
