Try using a modular Jack box for all of your tapping, Teleconfrencing etc. It is a heck of alot easier to use instead! You won't have to buy any extra tools, and it makes teleconfrencing easy. All you need is some wire and some alligator clips with one modular phone cord to hook up to two+ phone lines to teleconference without the expense! Trust me on this one, I'm 95% sure it will work in your area. But if it doesn't, just drop me a PM to sue me, ask questions or whatever...
