Uhm.. you can get around these restrictions using Basic Phreaking Skills 101.

Fun Fact: Every 10-10 carrier is blocked from payphones around here (780). 'Cept for Bell COCOTs (BOCOTs), they allow 10-10-929.

Fun fact: 10-10 doesn't work at all on any of the phones around here*. Seems BT doesn't want to allow that for some strange reason :)

*Here being the UK. And no, I'm not being serious :=P
