I have sonicwall at my school also. If you are having trouble rename the .bat extension to .cmd and it is the same thing.
Most proxys work well, for some reason my school has blocked google images. They have a lot of ways to bypass it though.
Most good admins will block both .cmd and .bat. Not just one.

Every once in a while one of the possible combinations would get blocked (like http://000102.00102....2/westhigh.php), but since I guess the blocking was only string based, http://000000102.001...02/westhigh.php would still work. The proxy stayed accessible for over half of the school year. I'm not in high school anymore, so I don't know what improvements have been made to SonicWALL or if this method will still work.

NEVER EVER EVER do a search at school that is hacking related, you will just end up getting caughtYour best bet would to go find a Web site like https://proxify.com/ But you will have to find a Web Browser proxy that does not have the word proxy in it becuase if it does SonicWALL will just block it. Also if you need to find one at school just google web browser P R O X Y. Put spaces in there it will not catch you =p
