Well I heard that ppl say to learn about the general operating info and infrasture of telco. But what would I what to know about it for example.

Would I what ppl peoples names or just their position's with the company I kind of lost here Could someone get me on the right track plz!

Well what you should do is get the unlisted number of your local central office (i did a while back so you could get it easily) just send me a message if you want me to tell you the trick i used
