i'm really not looking for a dial tone... i'm just looking to power a handset.
would it be possible to power one to use as a tone dialer? and if so how would i connect the power copling? green to poss or red to possitve or the oppisite?

I know this cause one night i was chewing on a line in the middle of my room (that i hook my laptop to when i feel like going on the floor) when my friend calls. SHOCK!**@$^*$@^*#%*^#$%
