I didn't find anything amazing yet. Just a few sequences that don't immediately have that guy talking back to me. Very weird patterns to it though, doesn't make a lot of sense to me.

all that ive found is that its some sort of anouncement service thingy
your suppose to type a code of some sort and hit # and your suppose to get your announcement. there are a few more of them within 555-01XX but i don't have my scan i did last night with me right now i'll post them later

if i remember correctly some PBX's will use a dial tone pretty close to what that given number does...

Well, here's what I got...
You dial in and get the dialtone. Then dial any 7 digits and get another dial tone. Then dial any 10 digits and you get the 512328 recording.
If for your 10 digits you dial 1234567890 it just waits. After that if you hit anything other than # you get dumped to the recording. You can bang # until you're blue in the face.
At any time you can hit * for another dial tone or # to go directly to the recording.
Anyone know what to make of this?

after the first 7 numbers and the second dial tone, trying a random phone number of 7 digits and waiting gives you a busy signal.
