i went to office depot and laid down the $40 for redhat 9 last night. I formatted my HD and installed it. I have to say that i like it very much. It recognized my Prism3 chipset Linksys wpc11 ver.3 802.11 card right out of the box. It also recognized my nvidia geforce go card and my dell laptop monitor. I used gnome with redhat 8, and switched to the new KDE with 9. There are some minor changes with 9 that i like much better than 8. The "taskbar" aligns launchers automatically, better hardware support, and 9 just feels better. The one negative that 9 shares with 8 is the lack of inherent mp3 support. All in all, 9 is a very good distro, and i give it
