Minor ongoing server issues

I just wanted to let everyone know that we are having some minor issues with the server. We have identified the problem and and looking into it. During this time, apache may spontaneously die and restart. We are not under attack nor is this a critical issue. It looks like a minor misconfiguration that we have to isolate.
